At Cimarron Steakhouse, we know a good meal is comprised of more than good food and decent service.  We offer guests a service that pays attention to every detail without being pretentious, allowing our guests to feel like they've come over to a friend's house.  Cimarron is also committed to supporting other locally owned businesses by offering local beers on tap and local wines from our cellar.  Local produce is also a staple on our menu, no matter what the season.  Along with our Hand-cut Steaks, Cimarron also offers many seafood and pasta dishes; some of which are classic dishes done right, while others are fresh and innovative dishes yet to be seen in the area.  Cimarron is also comitted to maintaining reasonable costs to make the dining experience accessible to everyone.
